- Keep logging in and out of Facebook every 5-10 minutes. (This is dangerous!)
- Attempts to cut down the use of Facebook keeps failing
- Lose an adequate amount of sleep just because of Facebook

Well, if you are an addict, you will be suffering from Facebook Addiction Disorder or “FAD”. Facebook Addiction Disorder (FAD) is a term introduced by US psychologists for those who are addicted to Facebook and their life is really affected by their uncontrolled activities on Facebook.
This is a serious matter as right now, US psychologists believe that there are an estimated 350 million around the world. Can you believe it?
Ways to overcome Facebook Addiction
- Admit that you are an addict and you have this problem
- Turn off the email notifications
- Set a time limit or day to use Facebook
- Get yourself busy with sport activities
- Deactivate your Facebook account
